Potential buyers toured Hennie van der Most’s villa and estate in groups of five, walking through the living room, corridors, rooms and grounds. Van der Most sat at the kitchen table with his daughter while the viewings took place; one room was off-limits. The atmosphere was described as resembling a funeral.
