The municipality of Dronten must determine whether seven residents of Park Ketelhaven are entitled to higher compensation after ten wind turbines were built nearby and reduced the value of their homes. The compensation was reportedly calculated largely correctly, but one part of the calculation contained a mathematical error.

It remains to be determined whether the residents will receive more money.
