Fontys is considering moving its programmes now based at Stappegoor in Tilburg to the lower-rise office space around the Interpolis tower on Spoorlaan, potentially from 2030. Talks with Achmea about a partial purchase are under way, but no final decision has been made. Fontys and Achmea are to assess whether the building can be adapted for education and what this would require, including permits and the effects on the surrounding area.

The Interpolis garden would remain and be shared by users of the site. The circus programme would not move; Fontys and the municipality of Tilburg are seeking another location for it. One report said the proposed campus could accommodate about 9,000 students.
