Users of the Asos app received a threatening push notification on Tuesday morning saying that the British online fashion retailer’s systems had been hacked and that data could be leaked. The message also referred to control of a Snowflake environment. The notification appeared to be an attempt to pressure or extort Asos. It remains unclear what happened and whether Asos was hacked.
