A police officer reportedly responded to a boy in a porch who said he was speaking respectfully. The officer said he had known the boy for six years, had previously warned him and ordered him to spend time at the station and in the porch, and that the boy had also been involved in the trade in soft drugs.

The officer said he was addressing more than the boy merely being present there. No further status was given.
