Police investigated a suspicious discovery in woodland near Rustvenseweg, outside Zeeland. The area was cordoned off from Thursday night into Friday, and officers turned people away while the investigation continued on Friday afternoon.

Police searched the forest with dogs, while forensic officers and the Netherlands Forensic Institute examined the site. Police did not disclose what had been found.
