In Zwolle, district officers Willeke and Meindert went to a home after a report of a possible suicide attempt and overdose. The woman inside was reportedly inaccessible, and after there was no response to the doorbell, the officers broke down the front door.

A week later, the officers dealt with a fight in the city centre, where they warned several boys. One of them then tried to enter a café, refused to cooperate and verbally abused the officers.
