Contractor Jelle Hegeman and brewer Erwin Hoftijser reportedly plan to partly demolish the Jacobus Church in central Winterswijk to make room for ten apartments. The remaining space is intended to house Bierbrewerij Weltersch, along with a shop, a restaurant, beer and live performances.

The plans are still in preparation and are expected to take some time.
