Developer Gebroeders Blokland has adapted its plans for the former De Olifant cigar factory site in Oosterhout, adding more greenery and historical references. The developer hopes this will clear the way for 21 apartments, but opponents continue to object to the proposed demolition of the building on Leijsenhoek.
