The municipality of Laarbeek plans to develop two large new districts on the edges of Lieshout and Aarle-Rixtel. The plans call for 600 to 750 homes northwest of Lieshout and 400 to 550 homes at Schevelen, on the Helmond side of Aarle-Rixtel, with construction expected to take place in phases.
