Several developments are planned in the coming years in the Wisselspoor district. Hundreds of new homes are being built, work on the public space is continuing, and the municipality is working on a new bicycle and pedestrian tunnel at Boorstraat. There are also plans for existing buildings and Daalsepark. The plans describe developments that are expected to take place in the coming years; no further status is given.
