A plan has been reported for 49 homes at the Ipe Brouwerssteeg in Leeuwarden: 48 student studios and one apartment. The development would involve the Wibra building on Nieuwestad and a large area behind it, extending toward the former Club Red site. Storage boxes are also included in the plan.

The homes have not been reported as completed; the account concerns the proposed construction.
