Peter ’t Hart plans to cycle 500 kilometres within 24 hours on Saturday in memory of his six-year-old deceased neighbour, Wout. He had planned a bike tour for Wout in June, but it did not take place, leaving him feeling that it was unfinished. The plan followed an outpouring of messages and donations after a story about Wout was published in the summer.
