Overijssel wants to prevent a repeat of the disruption that followed Arriva’s takeover of Twente bus services from Keolis almost three years ago. At the time, buses were reportedly late, connections were poor, journey times were much longer and some buses did not run. The bus service is due to be transferred again in 2028.
