The Oude Middenweg in The Hague was closed this week for work on the HeatlinQ energy project. Residents of Leidschendam-Zuid and Damcentrum fear that the closure will send more traffic through their neighbourhoods, which they say are already too busy. They are also angry about what they consider a lack of communication from the municipality. The closure is expected to last eight more months.
