Oldebroek will not fly a rainbow flag at its town hall during Coming Out Day this weekend, and the municipal council is also removing its LGBTQI+ policy. The decisions have caused controversy in the municipality, with supporters saying the flag shows that everyone is welcome and opponents taking part in a counter-action organized by OldebroekVooruit. CVO was also involved in the debate.
