NotuBiz took its publishing service offline as a precaution after a warning about vulnerabilities in the PHP programming language. The service is used by more than 100 municipalities, provinces and water authorities to publish council documents, meeting calendars and other official information; those materials were consequently unavailable online in affected areas.

NotuBiz said there was no indication of a security breach. It was not yet known when the service would be available again.
