NOS introduced a redesigned news broadcast and rebuilt Studio 8, which is used for the 18:00 and 20:00 NOS News broadcasts, NOS Jeugdjournaal and NOS Weather. The broadcaster said the previous set had been used for about 10 years and 20,000 broadcasts. It said the new studio is equipped for augmented and extended reality, which will be used when it supports reporting, while the online design will also change.
