Residents of the new Victoria Veste apartment complex in Ede said they had been losing sleep for months because of noisy cars, motorcycles and scooters racing nearby. They described sleepless nights, using earplugs in bed and considering moving because of the disruption.

The residents said the noise occurred almost every night, but no further action or resolution was reported.
