Nijmegen chipmaker Nexperia filed a lawsuit against its Chinese parent company Wingtech Technology and Wingtech founder Zhang Xuezheng, seeking compensation for alleged significant damage to the company and its operations. Wingtech announced the case.

According to Wingtech, Nexperia is seeking more than $2 billion in damages.
