A new traffic light was reportedly put into operation on Monday morning at exit 12 of the A4 for traffic heading toward The Hague South and the Westland. The free right turn onto the N211 was removed, meaning motorists now have to wait at a red light. The change has raised questions about whether traffic queues could shift back toward the A4, as work is also being carried out on the N211 to improve traffic flow.
