A new owner is seeking tenants for the World Trade Center in Almere, a city that was also intended to become a business center. The building was developed by real-estate investor Ger Visser and is 120 metres high, with office space equivalent to seven football fields. Tenants had stayed away, while the new owner sees potential in the city.
