New plans have been announced for the former Camping Vrachelen site behind Vrachelsestraat 48 in Den Hout. Developer Maas-Jacobs now wants to build affordable homes there, whereas the initial plan would have started with only expensive properties. The plans are also intended to create more housing opportunities for starters.
