Police released new footage of the suspect in the shooting of 30-year-old Jaison Baptista Lopes Sanches on a terrace at Tiendplein in central Rotterdam in 2022. Investigators believe the shooting may have been a case of mistaken identity.

The suspect is believed to have gone to a home on Aleidisstraat after the shooting to change clothes, then returned to Tiendplein. Police said the new images, including footage showing the suspect’s distinctive walk, could lead to a breakthrough in the case.
