Adria Blat scored for Andorra with six minutes remaining, before Ceyar struck into an empty net in the closing seconds.

The Netherlands had previously drawn 3-3 with Serbia and leads the three-team group on goal difference. The group winners and the best runners-up advance to the next qualifying round. The Netherlands will face Andorra again in Rotterdam on Wednesday.
