More than 16 years after 12-year-old Milly Boele was murdered, her mother, Tineke, 67, said she was terrified that the man who lured, abused and strangled her daughter before burying her in his backyard had been granted unguided leave from a TBS clinic in Utrecht. She said the decision was happening too quickly and that she was deeply anxious about it.
