Milfred Hart, CEO of transport company Arriva, said that public authorities should be more daring with major investments in road and rail infrastructure and should focus less on whether projects are economically viable. He made the remarks in The State of Northern Netherlands, where he also referred to the Afsluitdijk as an example of an ambitious infrastructure project.
