Merijn Scheperkamp, 26, had spent seven winters with Jac Orie and Team Essent, where he became Europe's fastest sprinter. He has now moved to rival Reggeborgh and is skating for the team in its green colors. Scheperkamp said he wanted to reconnect and that he needed a better relationship at his new team.
