Marc-Marie Huijbregts, 61, said he still did not intend to join Gert Verhulst, 58, at the table of ‘The Table of Gert’, a year after a painful television incident. Verhulst had recently said that the situation between them had been resolved, but Huijbregts indicated during the premiere of the musical ‘Cabaret’ that he would not return for the time being because he did not feel safe. In the podcast ‘Marc-Marie and Isa Find Something’, Huijbregts said he regretted an interview with Show News about Verhulst. He said he had answered questions about their earlier encounter properly, but found it more difficult to talk about how his statements were subsequently discussed at the table.
