A man fell between a train and the platform on track 1 at Den Bosch station on Saturday afternoon as a sprinter was about to depart for Arnhem Centraal. Another passenger held him to prevent him from falling beneath the train, while the passenger’s wife boarded the train to press the alarm button and apply the emergency brake.

A conductor and bystanders helped lift the man back onto the platform. He was not seriously injured and was to be taken to hospital as a precaution. The train did not continue to Arnhem Centraal.
