A 44-year-old man was arrested in Breda after being suspected of at least eight thefts in recent weeks. He has no permanent residence and was found in a barn behind a house following a tip from local residents.

The man was also arrested on Friday night after a traffic check reportedly showed that he had been driving under the influence of cocaine. He was not permitted to drive because of an earlier penalty, and his car was seized.
