Linda Baart fell in love with a water villa in Almere six years ago and still likes living there. She is selling the house because she came to live there alone and it has become too large for her. She said many people do not notice the water surrounding the villa.

A beaver regularly swims past the property, and Baart said she would take it with her if she could catch it.
