The number of female directors at Dutch listed companies has barely increased, according to the Female Board Index 2026, compiled by Tilburg professor Mijntje Lückerath. The index examined gender representation among more than 80 Dutch listed companies.

The proportion of female supervisory directors remained unchanged.
