Le Guess Who? is a music festival in Utrecht founded about 20 years ago by Bob van Heur and another founder from Limburg after they brought Canadian music to the city. Van Heur said they had not expected it to grow into its current prominence.

The festival’s programme includes Sudanese retropop, Palestinian rap and a performance by seven Moroccan women of grandmotherly age. Its programming aims to balance politics, struggle, love and joy.
