Landlord Bas Morsink, director of De Nieuwe Rentmeester, reportedly wants to remove several entrepreneurs from properties on the Oude Gracht in Veenhuizen. He said they caused quarrels and unrest, and accused them of writing letters containing lies and threatening other tenants’ customers. De Nieuwe Rentmeester owns more than 80 monuments in the former prison village and has reportedly removed a cesspool as part of the dispute.
