Ahead of a meeting of the Dutch House of Representatives on cultural policy, the Kunstenbond made an urgent appeal on behalf of the cultural sector. It called on politicians to stop what it described as the theft of creative work by technology companies’ artificial intelligence systems and to ensure fair payment for that work.
