The KNVB introduced individual Cup Rings from this season for the best player and greatest talent in both the men’s and women’s Dutch cup competitions. A panel of football experts will select four recipients.

The best-player ring has a cut diamond, while the talent ring has an uncut diamond intended to represent the winner’s potential. The panel includes journalists Pieter Zwart and Freek Jansen and presenters Milan van Dongen and Fresia Cousiño Arias.
