King Willem-Alexander began a one-day working visit to Liverpool on Tuesday morning at the Balaena Birkenhead shipyard on the Mersey. In a welcome speech on arrival, he said he was looking forward to visiting the British Music Experience later that afternoon. He is also scheduled to visit several companies and institutions in the city.
