Katwijk’s municipal executive wants half of the affordable new homes in the municipality to be given priority to residents of Katwijk, Rijnsburg and Valkenburg. The proposal concerns new homes priced up to the legal limit of €400,000 and would make maximum use of the recently amended Housing Act.
