Ajax striker Kasper Dolberg suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury to his right knee during a training session with the Danish national team. He underwent successful surgery in Copenhagen on Tuesday. Dolberg will remain in Denmark for the time being to rest his knee before returning to Ajax for rehabilitation. Ajax did not state how long his recovery will take, but multiple reports said he is expected to miss the rest of the season.
