Jumbo recalled three types of pastries because their packaging incorrectly displayed a gluten-free logo, although the products contain gluten. The recall applies to Jumbo Red Velvet Points, Jumbo Apple Victoria pie and Jumbo Strawberry slippers with a best-before date of 5 November 2026 and EAN codes 8726900070531, 8726900019455 and 8726900019448, respectively.

Jumbo advises people with gluten intolerance not to eat the products, as they could cause health problems. Customers can return the pastries to a Jumbo store for a refund without a receipt. Jumbo says people without gluten intolerance can eat them without risk and has provided customer service number 0800-0220161 for questions.
