The Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal ruled that no formal investigation is needed into the policies of fertiliser producer OCI. Minority shareholders had sought an inquiry, saying they had been disadvantaged by Nassef Sawiris, OCI’s majority owner.
