A man from Limburg was arrested and dismissed after allegedly creating and distributing deepfake pornography depicting women, including former colleagues. He later started working for another employer, which was unaware of the allegations and his earlier dismissal. After the case was discussed in an episode of BOOS by Tim Hofman, the new employer dismissed him immediately.

A judge later ruled that the dismissal was unjustified.
