A judge ruled that the municipality of Barneveld had not sufficiently justified why 128 migrant workers may live at Oud Vellerseweg for 15 years. The judge said the municipality had provided too little explanation of what the residents’ arrival would mean for social cohesion in the neighbourhood. Residents were found to be right on important points.
