Jesse Kusters, 30, from Milsbeek, was hit in the head by a foot while playing goalkeeper. Twenty-one months later, he is reportedly still not back to his former self and spends most of his days on the couch. He said he sometimes does not know what it is like to feel normal.

Before the incident, Kusters dreamed of becoming a school director, trained for a triathlon and was active in everyday life. The injury changed his situation significantly.
