Goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen, 37, joined Go Ahead Eagles on a contract running until the end of the season. The former Netherlands international had been without a club after failing to agree a new contract with NEC in the summer.

Go Ahead Eagles sought an experienced additional goalkeeper after Nick Marsman was ruled out with a knee injury until at least the winter break. Cillessen joins first-choice goalkeeper Kjetil Haug and younger goalkeepers Nando Verdoni and Thomas Hulleman.
