People described as rioters entered the town hall of Paris’s 10th arrondissement while a meeting connected to breast cancer awareness month was taking place. Those attending were reportedly confined inside.

Alexandra Cordebard, the arrondissement’s mayor, asked police to evacuate the building. The reports do not state whether the evacuation took place or whether anyone was injured.
