A 24-year-old identified as Luca was reported to have injected nine illegal drugs to lose weight and develop a tan. The National Poisons Information Centre (NVIC) said it had received dozens of reports involving people who used various illegal peptides at the same time for those purposes. The cases involved cardiac arrhythmias and liver poisoning, and the practice was described as highly irresponsible.
