A 31-year-old man from Heerlen is suspected of stealing nearly €25,000 worth of goods from an IKEA store in Heerlen, allegedly with help from employees. He was arrested on September 11 along with four other suspects.

The investigating judge released the man subject to conditions. The reports differ slightly on the estimated value of the stolen goods, putting it at €24,000 or nearly €25,000.
