Spanish authorities identified 10 additional foreign victims of last week's train crash, bringing the number of identified foreign victims to 12. Four were from the United States; the others were from Canada, Japan, Argentina, Mexico, Tunisia and the Czech Republic. A French and a Portuguese victim had previously been identified.
